Concrete Mattresses “STABIMAT”

Concrete multi-block mattress type “Stabimat” for offshore
pipeline stabilization and anchorage .

Mattresses can be cast in several dimension and density to reach the requested target (S.G. 2.4 to 3.6 T/m³).
Installation can be applied by means of diver or ROV using specific installation frame

SEALINE PROTECTION

Bituminous single or double layer mattresses for offshore pipelines and cables protection and anchorage.

The specific composition made by bituminous mastic provide tested and guarantied impact resistance against dropped objects. The mattresses will remain flexible lifetime adjusting its shape to any seabed change

Provided with lifting loops to match with optional installation frame. Installable by diver or ROV.

Constituents of the mixture

Bitumen (60-70 & 120 PEN) ……………. 27% by volume

Sand (up to 3mm) ……………….. 65% by volume

Limestone powder ……………….. 8% by volume
